SCOTCH THISTLE WATER No.1
10 whole purple heads of the thistle, while flowering, but not the green parts. Add 100 tbsp of boiling water. Infuse together for 30 minutes. Strain through a 100% cotton cloth, cool, preserve and bottle. This is a superb cure for radiation sickness. Use any clean teaspoon, the regular types. Make a surplus of this, to share, to freeze for future use: the plants do not always stay in flower:
ADMINISTER:
Adults: 10 drops 5 x daily for 30 weeks.
Teens: the same as adults.
Children: the same as adults.
Toddlers: 10 drops 4 x daily for 30 weeks.
Babies: 10 drops 4 x daily for 30 weeks.
LENGTHS OF TIME:
10 courses, 1 month of none of this recipe, between each course.

10 cups a day of Camomile Tea – German Camomile.
Twinings, Infuse 3 teabags in 1 litre (metric) of boiling water, for 30 minutes.
Drink, well. After 2 tsp, you will feel ok. Do NOT microwave this recipe, in fact, do not even buy a microwave oven, despite why its' recommended by others.
When are the people’s genes faultless? 20 weeks, it will be fine.
ADMINISTER:
Adults: 10 cups every day of Camomile Tea – German, for 30 weeks.
Teens: 10 cups every day for 30 weeks.
Children: 4 cups every day for 30 weeks.
Toddlers: 3 cups daily for 30 weeks.
Babies: 10 tsp 3 x daily for 30 weeks.
Offer this to the animals outside, if you wish, fill a nice little saucer with this recipe, every evening and every morning, the animals will sip, lap or drink this if they choose to, they will be very grateful.
